Cancellation Policy:
Cancel more than 30 days prior to the beginning of the 

Rental Period, all monies paid shall be refunded, less $75 administrative fee.
 

Cancellation 30 days or less from the beginning of the
Rental Period, 1/2 Rental Fee forfeited.
